Hi everyone, 

today i like to talk about my work on the SIMCE, last tuesday and wednesday, SIMCE is a test for all chilean students to evaluate the quality of education, and my job was as an examiner, I had to order and organize the tests,i also have to answer the students' questions. The problem was that the students didnt listen to me and they had a very bad behavior, they talked and cheated in the test !!,i didnt know what to do, i feel like i was doing a bad job, but i was also laughing at the situation, after all they were very nice and funny, other thing they do was that they threw the rubber bands from one corner of the room to another and took selfies with their phones (which they were not supposed to take to the test), i call the teacher for help, but they didnt change his behavior, they started to making even more noice, i feel bad because they didnt do a good test, but also i think that i was the same when i was that age.

I hope in the future i can do better.
